TWOZONE AUSTRALIA warrants it's Twozone against defects arising from faulty workmanship or material for 5 years from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Twozone Australia will rectify any defects or replace the product at its discretion, without cost to the claimant for labour or material: subject to the following provisions:

Particulars of the model , the date and place of purchase, evidence of retail purchase and details of the claim, being submitted to the Twozone retail dealer or to Twozone Australia PO Box 1485 Midland WA 6936 or via fax: 08 9250 6817.

In the event of a Twozone being replaced or repaired during the Warranty period, the Warranty on the replacement or repair will expire at the original date, that is to say 5 years from the original date of purchase date.

This Warranty excludes damage caused by a Twozone not being used in accordance with the instructions, accidental damage or misuse.

The Claimant will be responsible for transporting the product to and from the point of retail purchase or the offices of Twozone Australia when claiming under this Warranty.

Except as expressly provided to the contrary, in this Warranty, to the extent permitted by law, all express and implied terms, conditions, representations and warranties relating to the product are excluded and Twozone Australia will not be liable for the loss or damage (including injury, death, loss of profit or reputation, economic loss, indirect, special, consequential, general or similar damages) arising in any way, either directly or indirectly, from any use of the product supplied with this warranty.

If any condition or Warranty is implied in the terms and conditions supply of the product supplied under this Warranty by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any similar legislation of any state or territory of Australia and that legislation prohibits the exclusion, restriction or modification of such condition or Warranty, such condition or Warranty will be deemed to be included in the terms and conditions of supply of this product. If any statutory right is granted to the purchaser of the product supplied with the Warranty by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or similar legislation of any state or territory of Australia and the legislation of any state or territory of Australia and that legislation prohibits the exclusion, restriction or modification of such right this Warranty will deemed to be in addition to and will in no way limit, vary or exclude the rights granted to t he purchaser of the product by virtue of such legislation.
