Twozone Manufacturing Pty Ltd (ACN 106 986 529) warrants this product against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials for 5 years from the date of sale.

During this Warranty period, Twozone Manufacturing Pty Ltd will rectify any defects or replace the product at its discretion, without cost to the claimant for labour or materials, subject to the following provisions:

Particulars of the mode, date of purchase, evidence of retail purchase and details of the claim, being submitted to the retail Twozone dealer or to Twozone Manufacturing Pty Ltd, Unit 3, Dellamarta Road, Wangara WA 6065 Australia. In the event of a Twozone product being replaced or repaired during the Warranty period, the warranty on the replacement or repair will expire at the original date, that is to say, 5 years from the original retail purchase date.

The Warranty excludes damage caused by the Twozone product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damge or misuse.

The claimant will be responsible for transporting the product to and from the point of retail purchase or the offices of Twozone Manufacturing Pty Ltd when claiming inder this warranty.

Except as expressly provided to the contrary, in this Warranty, to the extent permitted by law, all express and implied terms, conditions, representations and warranties relating to the product are excluded and Twozone Manufacturing Pty Ltd will not be liable for loss or damage (including injury, death, loss of profits or reputation, economic loss, indirect, special, consequential, general or any similar damages) arising in any way, either directly or indirectly, from any use of the product supplied with this Warranty.

If any condition or Warranty is implied in the terms and conditions of supply of the product supplied under this Warranty by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any similar legislation of any State or Territory of Australia and that legislation prevents the exclusion, restriction or modification of such condition or Warranty, such condition or Warranty will be deemed to be included in the terms and conditions of supply of this product. If any statutory right is granted to the purchaser of the product supplied with this Warranty by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any similar legislation of any State or Territory of Australia and that legislation prohibits the exclusion, restriction or modification of such right, this Warranty will deemed to be in addition to and in no way will limit, vary or exclude the rights granted to the purchaser of the product by virtue of such legislation.
